Daniel Hertzberg – American Lawyer: Litigation Increase

A fun piece for American Lawyer recently. This article was about a majority of law firms revenues coming from litigation (court room cases). However- litigation is also much more confrontational, in nature. Before, law firms were in negotiations mostly, now they take the offensive. It’s a legitimate business practice to sue now.
There are a lot of sketches for this one- showing an increase in confrontation, increase in court room case revenue. The one chosen was trying to show how an entire company can rely on litigation.
