Noah Patrick Pfarr – LGBT Føroyar Poster Advertisement

I wanted to share a recent illustration I did to advertise and art exhibit in the Faroe Islands.

The art exhibit challenges the assumption that homosexuality is a choice in light of the fact that homosexual and bisexual behaviors have been reported in hundreds of animal species in order to spread a message of tolerance and love.

So, I sketched up this pride parade scene full of the animals who have been known to exhibit those behaviors.  With so much going on, it was a bit overwhelming at times, but in the end it was a really fun project to work on.  I hope you enjoy it!

  1. Impressive! I can only imagine how much work it was jut to figure out poses, expressions and placement of the animals. And then there’s all the people and other details. Such a fun piece, you make it hard to pick a favorite pairing of animals, but I really like the gull and the lobster!

  2. I really really love this Noah. KUDOS!
